Hillcrest Country Club Membership Information

Application Fee: $500 (Fee will be applied to your Initiation Fee upon acceptance of Membership)
Annual Dues
Family Membership $2575*
A Family Membership includes full use to the golf course and clubhouse. Membership privileges apply to spouses and dependents of the member. Dependents that play golf by themselves or regularly with their parents are considered to have a family membership program.
Couple Membership $2318*
A Couple’s Membership includes full use of the golf course and clubhouse. Membership privileges apply to spouses/significant others and dependents over the age of 12 that don’t play golf regularly shall be subject to all guest fees.
Single Membership $2060*
A Single Membership includes full use of the golf course and clubhouse for the single member only. Spouses/significant others and dependents over the age of 12 of single members shall be subject to all guest fees. Spouses/significant others of the single member shall have full use of the clubhouse and charging privileges to single members accounts.
Semi-Annual Dues* & Ten Monthly Dues* are available with a handling fee added. 1st payment due January 31st.

- Long Range Planning Assessment Green Note: $40*
- Special Operating Cost Assessment: $300*
- Long Range Planning Assessment - Irrigation Control Center: $962* once or $270* through 2030
Fees
- Cart Shed Rental, if available: $165*
- Electric Cart Fee (N/A to gas carts): $67*
- Trail Fee (if you have a cart stored at Hillcrest or bring one onto the premises): $150*
Optional Fees
- Seasonal Cart Pass: $700*
- Prepaid Food & Beverage Minimum: $350*
- New Member Initiation Fee: $1000*
Food and Beverages
The grill, with our new menu, is open starting at 11:00 daily. The kitchen will close nightly depending on golf course activity.
All food and drinks must be purchased in the clubhouse. No food or drinks may be brought on the course.
Minimum of $50/month (April-October)
*All fees are subject to 7% Iowa Sales Tax
